Francis Marion University will offer ten courses as part of its fall 2026 Evening College program. Courses begin the week of August 24 and meet weekly for 11 weeks. Registration is now open.

Songwriting & Recording Workshop, taught by Dr. Brandon Goff
Modern Homesteading, taught by Dr. Greg Pryor
South Carolina on the Silver Screen, taught by Dr. Shawn Smolen-Morton
Photography: Make Not Take Better Photos, taught by Professor Julie Mixon
FMU: History and Stories, taught by Dr. Carlanna Hendrick
Business Writing for the Professional, taught by Dr. Christine Masters-Wheeler
Exploring the Potential of AI, taught by Dr. Johnathan Munn
The FMU Evening College program is for professional and personal development. Evening College credits are not applicable to degree programs. All courses are taught by existing or former faculty of the university. President and Mrs. Carter are sponsoring these courses as an outreach to the community. Therefore, students can pay an enrollment fee of $10 per course.
