Francis Marion University has once again been named one of the nation’s best colleges to work for by the Great Colleges to Work For® program, earning recognition for the fourteenth consecutive year.

The assessment combines institutional information about employment data and workplace policies with direct feedback from faculty, administrators, and professional support staff. Employee responses serve as the primary factor in determining which institutions receive recognition.
