Kemp finished his collegiate career with a school-record tying time of 10.03 in the 100 meters at the 2019 NCAA Track and Field Championships earlier this month.

Despite not making the final, Kemp capped an incredible S.C. State track career by earning a trip to Austin and the NCAA Championships, becoming the second Bulldog performer in as many seasons for S.C. State coach Tim Langford’s squad to reach the milestone, following a 14-year drought by the Orangeburg program.
