A resident of Freemoon Circle near St. Matthews reported Nov. 12 that his ex-girlfriend assaulted him.
The man told a deputy that the woman scratched him with her fingernails, and the deputy observed lacerations on the complainant's forearms, the report states.
The woman, who lives on Big Beaver Creek Road near Swansea, was placed on a no trespassing notice for the address where the attack reportedly occurred.

- An employee of the EZ Shop at 6000 Columbia Road near St. Matthews reported on Nov. 8 that a man wearing a dark blue uniform left the store without paying for four cases of beer.
The man was observed placing the cases of beer in a dark-color Chrysler 300 and driving away on Burke Road toward Kennerly Road, the report states.
The stolen beer is valued at $72, the report notes.
- A deputy initiated a traffic stop on a Nissan Altima after its driver flashed his headlights at him. During the stop, the deputy smelled marijuana and upon searching the vehicle, he found a small amount of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.
The driver, a resident of Fort Motte Road near St. Matthews, was issued a ticket for simple possession of marijuana.
