Two more candidates have filed for offices in Orangeburg and Calhoun counties in the Nov. 7 general election.

Filing for the general election closed in both counties at noon on Tuesday.

Ruthermae A. Randolph filed for Seat 5 on the Orangeburg Consolidated School District Three Board of Trustees on Tuesday. Randolph is challenging Rev. Henry L. Damon, who filed on Aug. 1 and Betty Macon Pelzer, who filed on Aug. 2, for Seat 5. Incumbent Beatrice Swett did not file for re-election to the school board.

In Calhoun County, incumbent David W. Summers Jr. filed for re-election as mayor of the town of Cameron on Aug. 14. No one else filed to run in the mayoral race.
