Romans 4:17 (KJV) -- “... even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.”

What is this scripture saying? Regardless of your current situation, you can call into existence those things which you cannot see the way you desire it to be at this very moment. Those things in the spiritual realm will appear as you confess it to be if you believe. What you spoke already exists because God said he would give you the desires of your heart. “Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart” (Psalm 37:4 KJV). God made it available for us through the power and authority of His Word to speak to our circumstances and bring it to pass as it already exists. For example, in Genesis 1:3 (KJV), God said: “... Let there be light: and there was light.”

All of the promises of God in His Word already exist in the spiritual realm, such as great health (Psalm 107:20 KJV); long life (Psalm 91:16 KJV); success and prosperity (Joshua 1:8 KJV); power in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:6 KJV), etc. Now in the natural, you cannot call these things to pass because they will only perform as you believe in the supernatural. “While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:18 KJV). And, Romans 4:21(KJV) says, “ ... being fully persuaded that what he had promised he was able also to perform.” God promised if we would continue to confess His promises over our circumstances, then we would be able to “ ... make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success” (Joshua 1:8 KJV) and bring what already exists in the unseen realm into the natural realm.

Do not allow the circumstances to get you over into unbelief. Continue to confess what God has said about the matter.

Mark 11:24 (KJV) -- “Therefore I say unto you, what things so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them.” Instead of confessing the way things appear to be, continue to call those things which be not as though they were. They will manifest, and you will see things change in your natural environment.

Now, begin to thank Him for supplying “ … all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19 KJV).
