As we gather around the holiday table to give thanks for our friends and family, let’s take a minute to help prevent tragedy from striking. When deep frying a turkey, keep children and pets away. Be sure the pot you’re using fits on the burner. Follow recommended fill guidelines, and turn the burner off before placing the turkey into the fryer. Never leave it unattended.
