Ms. Hannah Elizabeth Furtick of Bamberg died early Sunday morning as a result of a car accident.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, in the Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School gymnasium, with the Rev. Bryan Gray officiating. Burial will follow in Bamberg County Memory Gardens, Bamberg.
The casket will be placed in the gym one hour before the service.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at Cooner Funeral Home, LLC and other times at the home of Marvena Moody, 945 Dickinson St., Bamberg, SC 29003.
Ms. Furtick was born in Orangeburg. She was the daughter of Mr. Michael Glover and Mrs. Stephanie Furtick Jones. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church, was employed by Superior Cleaners, was a senior and soon to be a graduate of Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School, and planned to go on to attend Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College to pursue a degree in nursing.
Survivors include her parents, Stephanie (Chris) Jones of the home, Michael Glover of Orangeburg; grandmother, Judy Lyons of Bamberg; grandfather, Robert Glover of Bamberg; four brothers, Austin (Chelsea) Furtick of Bamberg, and Garron, Mikey and Bentley Glover of Orangeburg; sister, Kayla Glover of Tennessee; godparents, Gerald and Karen Proveaux; special siblings Kerri Rutland, Eric Proveaux, Olivia Proveaux.
