Two vehicles and four car batteries were stolen from Orangeburg Collision on Broughton Street on Tuesday night, according to an ODPS incident report.
Surveillance video shows a tall, black male with long dreadlocks and wearing a long, white shirt taking a 2004 Honda Civic, a 2008 light-green Toyota Camry and the batteries, according to an ODPS incident report.
The vehicles are valued to be about $2,000 while the batteries are valued at about $400.

Someone broke into a Planters Trace Road residence in Santee earlier this week and stole a television.
The son of the homeowner reported the burglar kicked open the residence's back door.
A 45-inch flatscreen Sony television valued at $600 was stolen.
The damage to the door was estimated at $500.
In a separate incident, a real estate agent reported Wednesday the water heater was stolen from a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development property on Charleston Highway.
The water heater is valued at $400.
