A Stilton Road property owner reported Monday morning that someone pried open her wooden storage shed door.

She said that four rims and a red and black air conditioner were missing from her shed.

The items are valued at $5,500.

In other reports:

• A Eutawville man was yelling and using profanity on Monday afternoon at the corner of St. Matthews Road and Cook Road in Orangeburg, according to a sheriff’s office incident report.

Deputies told the man to get up, at which point he allegedly picked up a piece of metal pipe and swung at them.

They ordered him to drop his weapon.

He complied, but continued yelling and using profanity, the report said.

Deputies detained the man and took him to the Regional Medical Center for a medical examination.

Once released from RMC, deputies transported the man to the Orangeburg County Detention Center on charges of loitering and public disorderly conduct.

• A Hudson Road man called deputies to his Cope home on Monday afternoon to report that two chainsaws were stolen from the back of his pickup truck.

He believes someone may have taken them when he and his wife were at church.

The chainsaws are valued at $650.
