Someone reported at 6 p.m. Thursday that a man was smoking crack at a Whittaker Parkway home, according to a sheriff’s office incident report.
The caller claimed the man visits several residences to smoke crack and that several homes in the area are crack houses.
The teen son said that they don’t have any electricity or food at their home, the caller said.
The caller and one of the men’s sons claim that the man has neglected his children for about eight years, the report said.

One teen son told deputies that he’d been to several crack houses with this father, the report said.
A Department of Social Services agent is going to follow up on the allegations.
In an unrelated report, a Sawaga Street woman alleges that her ex-boyfriend stole her vehicle.
She reported Thursday afternoon that her ex came into her room, removed her keys from her pocketbook and took her 2006 silver Toyota Avalon, according to the report.
Her ex-boyfriend apologized for taking her vehicle, she said.
The woman told deputies that he never had consent to drive her vehicle.
The vehicle is valued at $5,500.
