An Orangeburg County girl alleges that a 10-year-old male raped her, according to a sheriff’s office incident report.

The girl’s mother called the sheriff’s office at 12:43 p.m. Monday to report the alleged incident. The mother said that her daughter and the accused male know each other.

She said that the male arrived at her residence Friday to get a phone case.

While he was there, he allegedly forced himself on the girl.

The mother said that her daughter has taken an unknown amount of pills trying to hurt herself because the male allegedly told her to kill herself.

In other reports:

• Someone stole rims and other vehicle accessories from a Redberry Drive residence in North. The theft was reported Monday night.

The following items were stolen: four 24-inch factory chrome Chevrolet rims with tires, two black leather bucket seats and one black leather bench seat from a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer.

The value of the stolen property is $8,500.

• A Neeses woman reported Monday someone stole a 17-foot burgundy and tan ski boat from her Ninety-Six Road yard. The ski boat also has a 70-horsepower Johnson motor.

The boat is valued at $2,000.
