The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office is seeking another suspect in October’s fatal home invasion.
"This ongoing investigation has revealed another suspect in this case," Sheriff Leroy Ravenell said. "He is being charged with murder, as were three previous males."
Ravenell said investigators are searching for 22-year-old Rodney Darnell Wade of Cordova.
Warrants have been obtained accusing the Frazier Lane man of murder, armed robbery, first-degree burglary and possession of a weapon, according to the sheriff’s office.
Steven Bradley, 33; Brandon Culbreath, 22, and Daryl Sutton, 18, have already been taken into custody on those charges in connection with the Oct. 27 robbery attempt at a Geneva Road home. Julio Abarca Minero, 34, of Geneva Road was shot and killed.
Bond was deferred on each of the male suspects.
Breanna Fludd, 27; Tamika Lopez, 43; and Whitney Robinson, 29, were also charged in the case with accessory before a burglary and accessory after the fact of murder.
Bond was set on each of the women at $50,000 surety.
Orangeburg County Sheriff's investigators and the U.S. Marshals Service are actively searching for Wade. Ravenell said he’s considered armed and dangerous.
If anyone has any information on the seventh suspect, they are asked to call the sheriff’s office at 803-534-3550 or Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
