A vacant Wilson Street home is missing several items. It also contains clues that indicate a squatter stayed there, according to an ODPS incident report.

A groundskeeper for the home reported Thursday that several items are missing including a sump pump, copper piping from a water heater, copper from an HVAC unit, a condenser unit for the HVAC and a refrigerator.

Soiled men’s clothes were found upstairs

The value of the stolen items is $4,400.

Someone stole a half-ton air conditioning unit from a Second Avenue residence sometime between June 17 and July 1. A property caretaker reported the theft on Monday.

The air conditioning unit is valued at $1,800.

In a separate incident, a Fountain Lake Drive man called deputies to his Eutawville home on Monday to report that someone stole his 2019 Superior black, wooden-floored, single-axle trailer valued at $1,485.
