A Neeses man will spend the next six years in prison after he pleaded guilty to violent second-degree burglary, breaking into a motor vehicle and forgery.

Circuit Judge Larry B. Hyman Jr. sentenced Brian Keith Williams, 40, of 2822 Ninety Six Road, on June 27.

Williams burglarized a building belonging to Country Boy’s BBQ on Nov. 23, 2017 and then broke into a vehicle on Dec. 7, 2017, according to warrants.

On Dec. 8, 2017, Williams allegedly forged a check for $575.40.

As a result of his guilty pleas, prosecutors dismissed the following charges: burglary/safecracking, bank fraud and two counts of forgery valued less than $10,000.
