These Orangeburg Civic Ballet dancers had the opportunity to strengthen their dance technique by spending part of their summer vacation attending Tamalyn’s Dance Centre’s 2nd annual Summer Intensive. They were able to work on their ballet technique, pointe work, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, and other skills. These intensives help the dancers to not only improve their dance, but also help teach them responsibility, time management, work ethic, and team work, all skills that will help them throughout their lives. Braxton Hill attended Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and Raleigh Stone attended CMFA.
