CAMERON - The mood was festive for the 2017 Cameron Christmas Parade on Dec. 9 despite the cold, cloudy weather.

A jovial crowd greeted the procession, eagerly welcoming the guest of honor, Santa himself.

The grand marshal for this year's parade was Craddock Morris.

Winning parade entries were: 1st place, Boy Scout Troop 51; 2nd place, Wayne Polin's Gingerbread House; and 3rd place, Michael Summers' "Wise Men Still Look For Him."

Hot dogs were served following the parade.
