  • The City of Santee has set the hours of 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for Halloween trick-or-treating on Thursday.
  • The Town of Norway trick-or-treat hours are 6 to 8 p.m. on Halloween.
  • The City of Denmark trick-or-treat hours are 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Halloween.
  • The Town of Vance will be the site of a fall festival put on by New Direction Community Church from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Vance Community Park at 465 Camden Road on Halloween.
  • The Town of Livingston has set the hours of 6 to 8 p.m. for Halloween trick-or-treating on Thursday.
  • The Town of Springfield will hold its Jack on the Track from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, on the town's walking track. These hours are also the town's official trick-or-treating hours.   • The Town of Rowesville has set the hours of 5:30 to 8 p.m. for Halloween trick-or-treating on Thursday. There will also be a Boo at the Booth from 7 p.m. until at the Rowesville Community Center.   • The City of Denmark and the Denmark Police Department will sponsor a "Costume Show Down" from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, at the gazebo at Jim Harrison Park.
  • The Pine Hill Health Initiative will have a "Healthy Halloween Party" from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Drew Owen Park, in North on Halloween.
  • The Orangeburg County Library will hold its seventh annual "S-book-tacular" at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26. Arrive at 5:30 p.m. to join a costume parade and enjoy entertainment, games, crafts and indoor trick-or-treating. For more information, call 803-531-4636.
  • South Carolina State University will hold its 6th annual Bulldog Trunk-or-Treat from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Oliver C. Dawson Stadium on campus on Thursday, Oct. 31. Music, face painting and candy will be featured. Admission is free.
  • Orangeburg Parks and Recreation will be holding a free Trunk-or-Treat from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at the Hillcrest Complex Football Field. For more information, call 803-533-6020.

  • The Oaks PACE will have a free trunk-or-treat at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, in the parking lot and front entrance of its building at 153 Founders Court in Orangeburg.
