NOTICE OF EUTAWVILLE SPECIAL ELECTION
STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA

COUNTY OF ORANGEBURG

Notice is hereby given that the Special Municipal Election for the Town
of Eutawville will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. The purpose of
this election will be to fill an unexpired Council seat as required by law.
Any person wishing to register to vote in this election must do so no
later than May 22, 2021.
Citizens desiring to be candidates for one of the above listed offices
may file at the Eutawville Town Hall, 220 Porcher Avenue, Eutawville,
SC. Candidate Filing will begin on April 26, 2021 at 12 noon and remain
open until May 7, 2021 at 12 noon. There is no filing fee required.
At 10:00 a.m. on Election Day the County Board will begin its
examination of the absentee ballot return envelopes at Orangeburg
County Voter Registration & Elections Office, 1475 Amelia Street,
Orangeburg, South Carolina.
On Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., the Municipal Board of
Canvassers will hold a hearing to determine the validity of all
provisional ballots cast in this election. This hearing will be held at the
Orangeburg County Voter Registration & Election Office located at
1475 Amelia Street, Orangeburg, South Carolina.
The following precinct and polling place will be open from 7:00 a.m.
until 7:00 p.m.:
