"We set small goals at the beginning of the season and we are here to achieve them.”

The event kicked off Thursday afternoon at West Campus' Rec Gymnasium with a Community Engagement activity. Forty children from the Boys and Girls Club interacted with student-athletes from SIAC member institutions.

On Championship Friday, the women's 5K race will begin at 9:30 a.m. while the men's, an 8K run, is slated for an approximate start of 11 a.m. Both races will take place near the soccer fields on West Campus of Albany State.
