Denmark Tech 80, West Georgia Tech 59

Denmark Tech. was led by Cierra Kendrick who had 13 points, Lela Singleton with 12 points, Kadhert Rembert with 12 points and 10 rebounds, India Lawson with 11 points, and Christhea Mitchell 11 points, and Tanya Jackson with 10 rebounds. The win tonight leaves Denmark Tech with an 11-1 record and guarantees them a second consecutive winning season for the first time in school history. They play again on Wednesday in Thomasville, NC at 8 p.m.

MEN’S COLLEGE BASKETBALL

West Georgia Tech 104, Denmark Tech 94

Denmark Tech was led by Melvin Mitchell with 39 points, Hikeem champagne with 14 points, Deangelo Jones with 13 points, and Jash Kirk with 12 points. Their record is now 2-9.

B TEAM GIRLS BASKETBALL

Holly Hill Academy 11, Dorchester Academy 10

Maelee Troutman scored 7 points for Holly Hill followed by Courtney Thompson and Hannah Swank who each scored 2 points. Holly Hill is home on Wednesday when they take on Coileton Preperatory Academy at 6 p.m.
