Old State Road through downtown Holly Hill was dry and open to traffic by Tuesday afternoon.
A portion of Jasmine Lane in Holly Hill was still impassable Tuesday afternoon.
Holly Hill Elementary School remained closed Tuesday, but the water on adjacent Brant Avenue had receded.
