BEAUFORT -- JoJo Carn of Beaufort passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, in the Duncan Chapel Cemetery, with the Rev. Bob Lee officiating. The family will receive friends an hour before the service.
JoJo was born Sept. 16, 1957, in Orangeburg, a daughter of the late George Wesley Carn Sr. and Ardie K. Carn. She was a graduate of Bowman Academy, Orangeburg School of Nursing, and received her bachelor of science from the University of South Carolina. She completed the Richland Memorial School of Nursing in Anesthesia program and was a Registered Nurse and certified Nurse Anesthetist with Beaufort Memorial Hospital, Providence Hospital and The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
Surviving are her sister, Rosalind Carn (Ed) Winn of Orangeburg; a brother, George Wesley (Sheryl) Carn Jr. of Bowman; nephews Frank (Ann) Easterlin of Orangeburg and Andrew (Amanda) Easterlin of North Carolina; nieces Kristi Carn (Curt) Ott and Lee Ann Carn Altman, both of Bowman; great-nephews Blake LaGate of Georgia, Edwin and Jonathon Easterlin of Orangeburg, Trey Easterlin of Columbia, Wesley Ott and Gunnar Altman of Bowman, and M. Duffy Easterlin of North Carolina; great-niece Leah Ott of Bowman; and great-great-nephews Winn and Nick Easterlin of Orangeburg.
