Sarah Savannah Connor of Branchville, S.C. and James Andrew Fanning of Neeses, S.C. proudly announce their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene John (Pamela) Connor, Jr., of Branchville. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Thornton (Sandra) Zemp, Jr., of Saint Matthews, S.C.; the late Dr. and Mrs. Francis Marion (Annette) Dwight, III, of Bamberg, S.C. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene John (Mildred) Connor, Sr., of Branchville.
The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Leslie (Traci) Fanning, III, of Neeses. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Leslie (Gloria) Fanning, Jr., of Neeses; Mr. Woodrow Wilson Martin, Jr., of Norway, S.C. and the late Mrs. Shelia Duncan Williams of Orangeburg, S.C.
Miss Connor is a 2011 graduate of Branchville High School and a 2017 graduate of Virginia College with an Associates degree in Surgical Technology. She is currently employed as Head Volleyball Coach at The University of South Carolina Salkehatchie.
Mr. Fanning is a 2012 graduate of Edisto High School and a 2015 graduate of Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College with an Associates degree in Business Agriculture. He is currently self-employed with Fanning Farm and Poultry.
The wedding is planned for March 24, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Bamberg, S.C.
