Printing your forms:
Once your form has downloaded and opened in Acrobat Reader, please press CTRL-P (or APPLE-P on a Macintosh) to print, or select "file/print" from the top menu.
Where to send your completed form:
Please complete forms using legible handwriting. Forms and any attached photos may be returned to the Times and Democrat's main office during normal business hours, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or placed in the drop-box outside on weekends or evenings. You may also mail your form to: The Times and Democrat, P.O. Drawer 1766, Orangeburg, S.C. 29116.
Deadlines:
Completed forms must arrive at The Times and Democrat's news office by noon on Tuesday to appear in the following Sunday's paper. Please be sure your forms are completed in full. If photos are required, make sure they are included as well.
Birth Announcement:
The Times and Democrat accepts birth announcements.
