A memorial service for Mr. Edmund Fowler, 68, of 2785 Magnolia NE, Orangeburg, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at Orangeburg County Disabilities and Special Needs Board, 171 Wannamaker St., Orangeburg.
Thompson Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
