Augusta Symphony violinist Eliza Hesse of Aiken will be guest musician at St. Andrews United Methodist Church on Sunday, July 5.

Hesse will join St. Andrews' choir and other musicians in presenting patriotic Christian music, including the hymns "America the Beautiful," "Let There Be Peace on Earth" and "God of the Ages," which is the National Hymn for the United States.

Hesse is a graduate of the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts, the University of South Carolina and Arizona State University. She most recently performed with the Spoleto Festival USA Orchestra.

Communion will be celebrated at each of the church's three Sunday worship services -- the 8:45 a.m. camp meeting-style service, the 9:45 a.m. contemporary service and the 11 a.m. traditional service.
