Elite 11 2008: Zack Godley

Godley throws a nice ball and is the leader of the offense.
But, last season, he showed a tendency to have “happy feet.”
Godley is in the Elite 11 because of his defensive prowess. While not the fastest player on the field, he is very strong. B-E flirted with putting him at defensive end in the preseason, but moved him back to middle linebacker.
On film, Godley shows a particular knack for leveling ball carriers -- meeting them in the hole and driving them back.
