By T&D StaffMonday, May 12, 2008The Farmer’s Supply Co. near Holly Hill was robbed early Monday, and two individuals are in custody after a brief search, according to a storekeeper.
Everette “Cap” West said that at around 7 a.m. when the Providence-based store opened, two individuals believed to be teenagers attacked him.
“It happened so fast, I don’t know what all happened,” West said. “They said they’d been waiting on me” to open the business.
West said one individual grabbed him around the neck and began tying him up while the other man took money from the register and West himself.
The pair then fled. But West said investigators told him the pair were later arrested.
