Everett Memorial Scholarship applications due May 23

Applications are currently being accepted for the Rev. F.G.S. and Mrs. Alethia Hilton Everett Memorial Scholarship.

Applicants must be a graduate of an Orangeburg County high school or be a member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church; provide an official transcript; have a GPA of 3.0 or higher; submit the scholarship application; and provide three letters of recommendation. The scholarship award amount is $1,000.

All applications must be submitted on or before Friday, May 23. Mail a complete application packet to: The Rev. F.G.S. and Mrs. Alethia Hilton Everett Memorial Scholarship, c/o Ralph B. Everell, 9310 Ludgate Drive, Alexandria, VA 22309.

Applications are available at the church office, located at 310 Green St. in Orangeburg. For more information, call the church at 803-536-1547.
